These Coach Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of this online coaching website (the “Website”). The Website is operated by CoachX on behalf of the coach whose name and brand appear on the Website (the “Coach”).
By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country), and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy linked on the Website. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a new version on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
The Website is a marketing and information channel for the Coach’s services.
Coaching services, programmes and any related advice are provided by the Coach, not by CoachX. Any coaching contract you enter into is between you and the Coach only. CoachX is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the quality, content or results of the coaching.
CoachX provides the technical platform, hosting and certain tools used to run the Website, but does not supervise or control how the Coach performs their services.
Coaches are independent professionals and do not act as employees, agents or representatives of CoachX, even if they use CoachX tools, websites or systems. Any questions, complaints or claims about your coaching, payments or results must be directed to the Coach, not to CoachX.
The Website may include forms where you can request more information, apply for coaching, download resources, or book a call with the Coach.
By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. The Coach and CoachX may use this information to contact you, assess your request or application, and manage any follow-up, in line with the Privacy Policy linked on the Website.
Submitting a form does not oblige you to purchase coaching and does not oblige the Coach to accept you as a client. A separate agreement or clear confirmation is required before any coaching programme starts.
Content on the Website, including any references to health, fitness, training, nutrition, mindset, business or lifestyle, is provided for general information only. It is not medical, nutritional, psychological, financial or legal advice and is not tailored to your personal situation.
Before starting or changing any exercise, nutrition or lifestyle programme, you should consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or use medication.
Testimonials, examples and results shown on the Website are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
You remain responsible for your own choices and activities. You use any information from the Website at your own risk.
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that is consistent with these Terms.
You must not:
use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or the systems of our providers
introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
interfere with the normal operation or security of the Website

use the Website to send spam or other unsolicited commercial communications.
We may block or restrict access to the Website if we reasonably believe that it is being used in breach of these Terms.

Part of the content is owned by the Coach, part is owned by CoachX, and part may be owned by third parties (for example tools or platforms such as Everfit) and used under licence. All rights remain with the respective rights holders.
You may view the Website and, where technically allowed, make a single copy or print for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without prior written consent from the relevant rights holder.
“CoachX” and the CoachX logo are trademarks or trade names of CoachX. The Coach’s brand name and logo are trademarks or trade names of the Coach. Other names and logos on the Website may be trademarks of their respective owners.
The Website may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party services such as coaching apps, payment providers, booking tools, social media platforms or other external websites. These third parties are responsible for their own services and for the processing of any data you provide to them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We do not control, endorse or accept liability for third-party websites, services or content. If you decide to access or use any third-party service or website linked from the Website, you do so entirely at your own risk.
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Website or its content will be error free, uninterrupted, secure or up to date, and we do not give any warranties, whether express or implied, about the Website or the information shown on it.
To the extent permitted by law, CoachX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Website, including loss of profit, data, goodwill or business opportunities.
To the extent permitted by law, any direct liability of CoachX related to your use of the Website is limited to a maximum amount of EUR 100 in total. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
If you use the Website in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law, and this leads to a claim, damage or loss for CoachX, you agree to compensate CoachX for any reasonable losses, costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that result from that use.
This applies in particular if a third party brings a claim because of your actions on the Website or your misuse of information obtained via the Website.
We may change or update the Website and these Terms from time to time. The most recent version of the Terms is the version published on the Website.
If you continue to use the Website after updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Website.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, or with your use of the Website, are governed by Dutch law.
Any such disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where CoachX has its statutory seat, unless mandatory law requires a different court.
All questions related to coaching services should be directed to your coach.
